These terms apply when you browse or buy from the Shedhaus online store (xh0bm8-ui.myshopify.com). We sell to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, refund policy, and privacy policy.
The product
The Shedhaus One-Press Slicker is a self-cleaning slicker brush for pet grooming. It is a tool, not a medical or veterinary device. We do not claim that it treats skin conditions, replaces professional grooming, or reduces shedding by a guaranteed percentage. Results vary by coat type. It is not an undercoat rake.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. You are charged when you complete checkout, subject to payment-provider authorization. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, we cannot fulfill, or we suspect fraud; if we cancel after a charge, we refund the payment method used.
Fulfillment
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Delivery to the United States and Canada typically takes 7–15 business days; the United Kingdom and Australia typically take 7–20 business days. We do not ship worldwide.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with checkout, or use the product in a way it was not designed for. Reviews must be honest.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shedhaus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law of your place of residence.
