Shedhaus ships the One-Press Slicker to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia only. We do not ship worldwide.
How long it takes
Typical delivery after we email tracking:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
- Australia: 7–20 business days
Remote addresses can take longer. We email tracking when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking has not moved in 20 days from that email for the US or Canada, or 25 days for the UK or Australia, write to support@shedhauspets.com and we will replace the order or refund you.
Where we cannot deliver
We cannot deliver to addresses outside the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, or to a PO box if the carrier will not accept it. If a carrier returns a parcel as undeliverable, we will contact you once to correct the address. If we cannot reach you, we refund the product after the parcel comes back, minus any return carriage the warehouse charges us.
Duties
If a carrier or customs collects duties, VAT, GST, or a fee at the door, that fee is yours unless the law says otherwise.
